Smile Stereo Speakers

I want to upgrade and replace the OEM speakers without any modifications, has anyone done this and what type and size have you used. Thanks.

Pull the covers to get the size and go to Crutchfield's. They have a wide selection of size and power ratings. Customer service is great if you can't find what you need in their listings.

John, Thanks for your reply, I was hoping that someone might know as the trailer is a few hundred miles away and I won't be able to physically check them out for a while.

I THINK the diameter of the speakers is 4". The wire end will need to be cut and spade connectors attached to match the spades of the new speaker which is no big deal. Potentially, you could use a larger speaker provided you don't use a really deep one (outside wall interference) and the speakers aren't mounted in a curved area (won't sit flush).

I agree that Crutchfield is a quality place. I've bought from them for years without a problem.

Good Luck!
