Replacing a 2012 32 in tv

I am looking to replace our old 32 in tv in our 2012 FC. I want to go with another 32 in but one that has 1080 and not 720. I found one however the wall mounts are not the same any ideas on the best way to install thanks

When you say the wall mounts are not the same, what specifically are you referring to?

If your current TV is attached via a VESA mount (set of four screws, on a square), adapters are readily available, either in plate form, or via adapter arms. Typically you can find 100x100 or 200x200, or whatever size you need to take a new TV and bolt to an existing pattern, but it depends on what you have now.

I had to do this in one of our first Airstreams because DW wanted a smart TV from Costco to replace the OEM Samsung dumb tv, and I had to buy a set of adapter arms from Amazon before I could install it.

Thank you for your response I was looking at a Samsung 32 in 5000 series as they are smart and 1080 however the placement of he screwholds to mount are significantly closer together then the original tv

Either get a new mount or just use an adapter plate.

No problem.

You'll need to get an exact measurement. Do you have a tape with millimeter graduations?

See what the distance is between centers. VESA mounts will typically be 100 mm x 100 mm, or 200 mm x 200 mm. Once you know what your TV mount is, you can go to the coach and measure the mount that is on the wall.

If you can take a photo of the mount you have now, it would help.

Geek Squad Protection Plan

I left in the dump TV and you could also keep it and buy Apple TV.

Buy the TV or Apple TV at Best Buy , If you have Best Buy Geek Protection good if not Buy it. They will then come out see what you need. Then buy that item (s) then they will install it as part of the service plan.

You ego might get hurt or ridiculed but the I can do anything He mans! but they cover all installation and warranty any problems.

Just saying-
