Radio speaker balance?

I have a Sony CDX-F5000 in my 2006 Safari. I have figured out the left and right speaker control but I am stumped on the front to back. It would be nice to lie in bed and not have music blasting in my ears. I would like to selectively turn off the rear speakers. Does any one know how to do this?

You are looking for the fader function. FAD. It is the one after BAL in the menu.

You are welcome!

We all have moments like that, where we cannot work something out.... Then it turns out so simple
