Opinions wanted entertainment system

I'm in the process of complete remodel of a 1970 Overlander and starting to think about the info/entertainment system. I'm not real happy with what I have seen so far on the automotive/ 12 volt side for stereo options. Seems like nothing will play a blue ray disc and nothing can do surround sound either. I'm just not sure on power consumption for a home based system vs auto based.

Ideally I want to have am/fm/ satellite radio, over the air TV, wireless speaker for outdoor use, and surround sound with a blue ray player.
