You should be able to go into the tv settings and change the remote frequencies so they are not the same for both TVs.

Definitely a first world problem type thing but we got annoyed enough at it and the TV in the main part of the Globetrotter not being a Smart TV, that we upgraded to a Samsung Q50 and moved the living room TV to the bedroom. Now no issue with remotes and we can watch Netflix and Amazon directly on the TV without plugging in the iPad.

Nothing like a few hundred dollar solution to a simple problem

Our easy fix. Do not point remote control toward TV; rather, point remote to Side wall nearest TV. Signal will not bounce to other tv. Give it a try.

Since you posted your fan picture I just have to +1 having those fans in the bedroom.

We installed one on both sides of the bed and tied it into the 12v line.

I had the same issue. My solution was to unplug the bedroom tv - simple, but effective since I never watch tv in bed anyway. 👍

pdavey, nice installation on the fans. We think it is one of our best additions to our Airstream. They provide way more comfort than we anticipated. Jim

Same issue

We have the same issue in our 2019 GT. Only a problem when watching tv in the living area so I end up unplugging the TV in the bedroom area. Not a significant inconvenience as you don’t loose programmed channels. Easiest solution for me.

I want to know about the fans too!
(And yes, both of our TVs turn on or off with one click.)

A post-it note covering the IR sensor on the TV you're not using will work.

We had the same problem. However pointing the remote at the side wall does work!

Sorry for the delay on the fan information folks.

This is one of the best fans out there. Super quiet and moves a bunch of air.

Sirocco II Fan from Seekr by Caframo. 12V /24V DC. Gimbal Fan for Boat or RV. White, 3.5 x 9.5 x 12 inches by Amazon.com Learn more:**https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LDY4TE4..._r39oFbPTQ258Z

To install I opened up the compartments on the side in the overhead shelf in the front of the Globetrotter.

I tested multiple sets of wires until I found an unused 12v then used that as the basis to install. (You could also tap into another set of existing wires if needed). The source/live wire was on the left side of the cabinet in my unit.

Drilled a small hole in the cabinet to thread the wire through. Mounted the bracket, wired the fan and then installed the set screw.

Super simple upgrade.

There is also a spare set of wires that were not hooked to anything that ran to the other side of the cabinet I used to power the other one but just as easily could have run my own wires with a fish line.

One thing of note is these fans need to be wired correctly with + and - to work so double check with a voltage meter to determine which of the wires you are tapping into are + and -Click image for larger version
