No Power to Subwoofer 2022 Caravel

After a multiyear hiatus we are back in the game with a new to us 2022 Caravel. We got it home and noticed the subwoofer isn’t working. I could not figure out how to get it to activate through the control. Pulled the SW out and no power light. Visual inspection of the fuses appear good. There is a small blue and white wire that was laying next to the subwoofer but connected. Any help suggestions would be appreciated.

Blue and white is usually the remote turn on. Plug it into the lug marked “remote” and it should turn on.

I had a similar issue with mine, the wire had popped out of the Wago connector. Mine was wired with 10GA wire, too big for the Wago. I have attached a portion of my Classic's wiring harness diagram, it calls out that wire as yellow/white, 10ga.

You might want to contact the factory and request the full electrical drawing package in .pdf. They will email it to you.

Ok, I’ll check in to it. The wire was a much smaller gage and seemed too short to reach.

I reached out to the factory and received all the schematics within an hour of requesting them. Very happy with how fast they responded.

I then checked the diagram, verified that yes, there should be a control wire connected. After much struggling to get a splice connected to the too short wire I tried it. Nothing. Fussed some more and discovered that someone had peeled back the factory setting sticker and saw the selector switch was on remote vs signal. I moved it to signal, after a moment the power light turned green and it started functioning. Guessing that a tech previously tried changing that without knowing it wasn’t fully wired.
