No DVDs on rear TV
We have a 2012 30' CCD international. Our problem is that we can no longer get the DVDs to play on the rear TV. The few times we used the rear TV we had no problem. Then one night, when we tried to play a DVD on the rear TV, it would not work and hasn't worked since. The front TV works just fine.
I should note that rear TV works fine on cable and antenna but I can not get the DVDs to play though the rear TV.
Looking for help to diagnose and resolve this issue.
Thanks in advance.

Make sure all the cable connections are tight. I had an AV problem with our AS. I spent hours fretting over it, and it was just a loose connection.

All connections are tight. Thanks Landrum.
There must be some sort of splitter for the two Tv's but I have no idea where it might be located. Thought if I could find the splitter I might be able to switch the cables to see if the problem then goes to the front TV, indicating a bad splitter.

Did you select the HDMI input on the rear tv? The HDMI splitter should be behind the Blue Ray Player.

Dave,
I believe we did. We have used the rear TV for viewing DVDs before but will recheck.
Thanks for the location of the splitter. Need to check that also. Talked to paiceman over the weekend and he stated that he had a bad splitter in his rig once.

You may also check that the splitter is plugged in. Mine has a small wall wart that plugs in next to the plug for the blue ray.

Here is a cheat sheet that may help. You may have inadvertently lost the network connection to the DVR.. http://www.airforums.com/forums/f450...eet-97871.html
Cut and paste the link to the pdf. I have accidentally disconnected and this solved the problem.

If you are still having problems and you have a 90 degree adapter for the HDMI on the rear TV (like we have on the 2015's) it may have broken. They are cheap and replaceable - which is why they fail in the first place.

Check behind the Blueray for a splitter. You may have to pull it from the cabinet.

As Drathaar said, the splitter is under the small cabinet where the DVD player is houses. Its attached by three screws, pull out DVD, take out or push up the cabinet and you'll see a small box with three HDMI cables and one power cable. The three are input, then on the other side two outputs, one for front TV one for back TV. Switch the cables, if the front now does not come on but the bedroom does, the box is your problem and you need a new one.

Just wanted to post a thank you to all that responded to this post.
Thought I should let you all know the out come. Last October after discovering the problem we put our AS into storage and did not work on the problem due to lack of of AC power and access. Two weeks ago we brought our unit home for service and state inspection. Since our unit was in for other work we requested that they check out the problem with the rear set.
Tom, the service tech. at Western Pa Airsteam found that one of the HDMI cables from the splitter had indeed came out.
Again I want to thank all of you that contributed, I believed this helped me explain the problem and expedite the solution.
Denny
