Mounting televisions

Hello Streamers:

Want to wall mount a tv in bedroom (other side of closet) and another in the dinette (wall that has refrig on other side) in my 25'ccd. Is there any extra bracing that is required or can I just placed screws into the two walls.

Mounted a 19" on an articulating mount in the living area. I didn't think the 1/2" ply would be strong enough so I backed the mount with a small square of 3/4" ply, glued and screwed and made sure the 1/2" ply wall was well attached to the trailer.

No apologies necessary. Welcome to the forums. You may have noticed today is the 6th year this forum has been on line. Topics like the one you posted have been run to the ground and stomped on. The search function, as you have now found, is very helpful. If you don't find what you like or have a new twist, please, ask away. Welcome to the Forum.
Are you mounting a flat panel HDTV or older unit?
I'm asking because yesterday on our public radio station they had a show on the digital TV change-over happening next year. A caller wanted the guest's opinion on what would be needed to receive HDTV in a trailer he had out on some property 50 miles from the city. Got a fuzzy answer.
Yet another can of worms for us to digest.

If you see how Airstream does it you will see that they use about 7-10 size piece of metal to mount on the wall to mount the TV bracket on with lots of screw to distribute the weight. Hope this helps.
