If you're mounting the new antenna in the same position as the old one, can you make a wedge block to put under it? Not sure of what tools you have available, but my first approach would be to get a block of pvc about 3/4" thick and large enough to cover the footprint of the new antenna, and then work it with a belt sander until the bottom profile matched the contour of the roof. Depending on the curve of your roof where it's going, you might even need a block 1" thick.

If you have a plastic supply house in your city you should be able to get some pvc solid foam board scraps for not much money which you can use for this. The stuff is easy to work with.

Once the wedge block was shaped correctly, a bit of sealant top & bottom of it and screw the new antenna in place.
