We have a 12 volt ipod transmitter from Circuit City...the model with tunable frequenty. We plug it into the TV while traveling and the AS when parked. The Ipod is inserted into the transmitter and the transmitter is inserted into the 12 volt (lighter) socket. The tunable frequency is important to have so you can avoid FM radio station interference when traveling around. Pick a vacant frequeny on the FM radio, match it on the Ipod transmtter and it's good to go! Very neat set up.
i came across the iport. it's an in the wall setup. don't know anything more about it but i may install one when i get to the point. it looks pretty cool.
