I bought a larger TV, today.

Hi, we went to Costco today to buy a new larger TV; Television, not tow vehicle. Shortly after buying our trailer we found this neat looking, silver framed, 15" TV. I was going to wait for it to croak before buying another television, but we had a few dollars burning holes in our pockets. The new TV doesn't need a converter box and the physical size is about the same as the old one. The new TV is a 21.5" screen. That's huge for us, being that we sit only a few feet away from it. The new TV cost about half of what we paid for the old one. I spent some time taking apart the old wire harness and making up a new one. You can't see the wires, but I know they are there.

Our 2012 25FC came with a 26" flat screen. In the space it seems huge too. Although I'm getting used to it quickly.

I like your 26" TV - see our pic - we need binoculars to see it if sitting on sofa - chiropractor if sitting in dinette.

Our 34' 2006 Classic LTD came with a 15" tv in the living area - none in the bedroom! We installed a 17" in the living area, mounted on the wall and put that 15" ridiculous size in the bedroom.

We like our TV but need something larger. We have a dinette slide room, so no tabletop to place tv on - unless we move the satellite box and the Direct TV box - to where?

Suggestions anyone - thanks.

We bought a 22" for our Trade Wind and our house bedroom. The same tv...since we figured that if we are in the trailer no one watching the tv in the bedroom AND if we are in..........So a swing arm tv bracket mounted on the wall that separates the galley from the bedroom....da trailer bedroom.... allows tv viewing from either side....that is if we both are on the same side...that is. The tv is easily removed from the bracket and placed.....the tv.....under the blankies on the bed for travel. We 'could' do the same we our house front room 46" tv but it would be toooo large......in the trailer.

Hi, I agree that you either need a larger TV or one closer to you. This picture, although our TV isn't set-up, shows that we are quite close to where our TV sits. Compare this picture to one in my first post.
