How do we get into the radio compartment?

We want access to the wires behind the radio in the closed compartment in the overhead cabinet next to the 12 changer. Pulling the radio out from the front wasn't sufficient to get through the "rat's nest" and see what's what. How do we get into that space?

Thanks.

If its anything like my CCD, three screws on the facia should be all that hold it all down. I had an additional screw from the speaker selector switch plate or AUX in plate that was also holding things down on mine. The trim for the plates pops off using a knife of broad blade screwdriver.

We couldn't see a visible attachment but those plates are there, we'll give them a twirl. Thank you. I was beginning to worry when DH was talking about going up from below, removing padding, lights...
