Your battery will act as a current buffer, and supply plenty of power to the amplifier.
The converter will merely recharge the battery, for the most part, even though it is all parallel.
The capacity of current from a battery is enormous. You would be hard pressed to exhaust it with a car audio amp, unless you're talking competition systems.
The amp might draw 44amps at full power, over the full frequency range, but that rarely happens.
I doubt that it will draw more than 10 amps at annoyingly loud volume, with peaks perhaps reaching the 44amp limit.
In any case, I do not believe that you have anything to worry about.
