HDMI Port in New Globetrotter

We have a 2023 GT 30’ which comes with an HDMI port instead of a DVD. I have been unable to get an Apple TV to work through the port. If I hook it up directly to the individual TVs, it works fine. I have turned off and even disconnected the over-the-air antenna booster. Cycling through the various inputs on the TVs has no affect. Am I missing something? TIA

It should "just work". We use a Roku stick with no issues. Of course check the basics... Apple TV plugged in? Correcting input selected on the TVs?

Any chance something came loose behind the HDMI panel? You may have to take a peek behind it.

Same issue but different

I’ve got a 2023 International .. when i connect the Apple TV to the HDMI input above the table .. I can watch it on the TV in the bedroom but not the other TV in above the couch (the “main” TV) I tried all the inputs available on the TV and still nothing. However if I connect the Apple TV directly to the “main” TV it works fine.
Any insight would be much appreciated

AppleTV works intermittently on my 2023 FC to both TVs. Must be a bad cable or loose connection. It’s on the punch list for JC this fall.

Yes exactly! For me. It was the pass-through on the wall plate under the stereo..

Old salt,
Let’s try again..
Did you try to replace this??
Or test it?
Again to test you need to remove 4 screws. Can do in under a minute.
