Same here. 22 Sport 2016 and only tuner or aux front plug. DVD does play through the radio speakers but not TV.

Airstream seems to buy the least expensive components that will fit in the space. Our complaint is the the model of our Samsung TV. The tv has no broadcast guide for antenna reception. We often like to check weather in a new location and we're reduced to blindly scanning all channels. I checked one time, and it would have cost $10 more for a slightly better smart tv that supports a guide, as well as Internet streaming.

In your case though, I would call Airstream customer support before replacing my unit. I've found them to be helpful and thorough.

You are missing a part. Same thing happened to us. In the box the JVC radio sits on - unscrew it, are a lot of wires. You need to buy an adapter to plug in the HDMI cable that comes from the TV on one side, and the yellow, white a red adapters to the other. When you play a DVD the sound will come out of the speakers. for just the TV channels, i cannot get the sound to play thru.
I got my converter on amazon - "HDMI to composite AV converter". When I finally got someone at the factory to reply, this is what they said should be there, and when installed it worked.
The CD player is behind the face of the JVC. just open it will the little button.

Thank you Lilyfielding, can you now get the TV to play through the house speakers when just watching air channels? If so, I'm going to give that a try.
