How in the world do they snake that thing all the way back to the bedroom?
On our 2016 Flying Cloud there is a splitter under the blue ray shelf that has one input and 2 outputs, one output for each TV, bdrm and main tv's. The HDMI cable that runs from the splitter to the main tv could just be unplugged at the splitter. Does the blue ray work on the bdrm TV??

Splitter

No, it doesn't work on the bedroom TV. I haven't taken apart the shelf yet as AS thinks it's a defective splitter. I got an e-mail today that the part is in the mail and should be here any day. I was going to wait for it to arrive before I take everything apart.

Just wanted to let everyone know I finally got the DVD issue resolved. The splitter evidently came unplugged when the unit was being shipped to the dealer. Geez!

Great! Glad it turned out to be something simple. My experience has been that the longer it takes to find the problem, the cheaper it is to fix. Expensive stuff makes itself known quickly.
