Cable routing from X1 to Wally, 2016 Sport 22
I have a 2016 Sport 22fb. I'm ready to install a Wally receiver to a Winegard X1 antenna. It will be portable for now. For those who aren't familiar with the Sport, it's pretty sparse when it comes to electronics. There is no bluray player cabinet that hides a sat cable. There's only a cable power booster with an on/off switch between the outside connector and TV. I need help with a few questions.
Can I hook up the X1 to the factory cable fixture on the outside surface? If so, what happens with the booster? Can I still hook up to cable or use over the air TV?
I guess the alternative is to somehow run a dedicated line from the outside to the Wally which will reside on the shelf below the TV or on the closet shelf. Of course this will require some drilling and hacking.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
