2018 27 FB International. Having previously removed the BluRay player I decided to pull out the no longer needed wood shelves in the overhead bin to open up some additional storage space. When I took the shelving out I discovered of course a bunch of wires.

There is a 1x2 splitter and its power which sends the BluRay to the two TVs. A 12 vt. pair to the USB charging plug and a USB to the radio.

Now, the extra wires. There is a very heavy duty HDMI cable. A Coax marked Sat (which I assume is for adding a sat dish) and an extra 12 vt. pair marked HDMI splitter. None of these are attached to anything.

Does anyone know what these are for? I'm thinking pre-wire for a higher end video system but I don't remember that being an option when we ordered.

Anyone have a clue?

SAT may go to the connection on the outside of the trailer.

HDMI splitter could be sending HDMI signals to the lounge television and the bedroom television. One input; two outputs. The DVD/Blu-ray player sends a signal to both televisions. If it’s not connected, maybe someone omitted one of the televisions as a display. I replaced the bedroom television with a wall-mounted air purifier. All the cables there are now stuffed into the wall. HDMI at other end is disconnected.

I guess I didn't explain quite right. The HDMI splitter that is present definitely does send signal to both TVs and I assume that coax marked Sat goes to the side of the trailer so a Sat dish can be attached.

The thing is that there is an extra, very heavy duty HDMI cable and 12 VT source that are not and have never been connected to anything. That is the mystery.
