'78 Radio Antenna

Hi guys! So I have a question about the antenna that came with my trailer but no longer has the cable- Can I buy a cord that fits in there or do I have to buy a replacement? It looks like I can't take it apart and the inside of the hole looks a little suspicious, but I wanted to see what you all have done My plan is to get a bluetooth car stereo to connect with devices and obviously have the normal AM/FM radio as well so I'm trying to figure out what I need and how to do it. Between electrical, stereo, and figuring out internet connectivity for full-timing I feel in over my head! Thanks so much for your advice!
