2014 30' International Sat Hook Up

We Just received our brand new 30' International and I can't figure out how to or where to put the satellite receiver or how to connect my portable dish to the exterior. The exterior has two inputs, one for cable and one for Sat. Not sure where it goes on the inside. Does the receiver sit in the cabinet where the Bluray is? Any help is appreciated.

I had the service guy call the factory to find my cable too.
Inside the box covering the bluray.
I set my sat box on top of the bluray box
I've installed a HDMI switch box to toggle between my sat box and bluray for the wire to the tv.

I ordered these from Monoprice.com (ph: 1-877-271-259) in California:

#5312 - 4X2 True Matrix HDMI® Switch w/ Remote (Rev. 3.0) $56.25
#3871 - 3ft 28AWG High Speed HDMI® Cable w/Ferrite Cores - Black $2.50

This switch allows me to take the two inputs (DVD player and Dish Antenna Receiver box) and switch the signals between the two televisions in the coach. Just like the DVD player, the Dish receiver can service just one television at a time.
