I mounted my soundbar by fabricating two 1.5" strips of Aluminum(think Airstream decor). The aluminum was a stock item at Lowe's. I drilled holes in the TV mounting bracket where it attaches to the TV. The strips of aluminum then bolt to the soundbar mountings and the TV bracket. I cut the length so that the soundbar is right under the TV and it moves with the TV. This idea only works for those TV's that are on a movable mount.

Here is the finished install, what is not shown is an Amazon Echo Dot added on top of the cable box after I took these images. But ultimately it is finished and now all sources produce 1080p to the TV's via HDMI.

By the way, Samsung announced that the 5 series TVs (of which the 32” is the smallest) will be upgradable to built in Apple TV. That saves having an external Apple TV hockey puck knocking around.

That sounds like a great idea. What swing arm did you end up using?

Yes. My home bedroom TV is a Vizio 24" 1080P.
It even has an optical output so you can connect a soundbar using a fiber.
Since I'm chea......er, frugal, I use a Mohu Leaf antenna in the window. It's okay.
It has apps for "smart TV use".
I see LG also has a 22" 1080P

There's a kit for just what you did. The only advantage is they're anodized black. They use two of the VESA mount screws and the soundbar attachment screws.
The big juggling act was to support the TV/bracket/soundbar with one hand while screwing the arm into the wall.

Both are fixed to the wall. TV is mounted using the standard airstream mount. Sound bar came with 2 brackets and 2 lag bolts to hole the brackets to the wall.

When purchasing an upgraded TV or computer monitor, Chroma, luma, pixel matrix and scan rate are essential for picture quality. If chroma is 4:1:1 instead of 4:4:4 color will be significantly affected(color banding) as well as small text. Less expensive TV's have a high pixel count, but lower refresh, luma, and choma capability. Just saying :-)
