Yes. My home bedroom TV is a Vizio 24" 1080P.
It even has an optical output so you can connect a soundbar using a fiber.
Since I'm chea......er, frugal, I use a Mohu Leaf antenna in the window. It's okay.
It has apps for "smart TV use".
I see LG also has a 22" 1080P

I mounted my soundbar by fabricating two 1.5" strips of Aluminum(think Airstream decor). The aluminum was a stock item at Lowe's. I drilled holes in the TV mounting bracket where it attaches to the TV. The strips of aluminum then bolt to the soundbar mountings and the TV bracket.
There's a kit for just what you did. The only advantage is they're anodized black. They use two of the VESA mount screws and the soundbar attachment screws.
The big juggling act was to support the TV/bracket/soundbar with one hand while screwing the arm into the wall.
