Where can I get a clock for my control panel?

I have a 1968 Globetrotter and it has a 3" wide clock run by a "d" size battery. I tried a repair-failed as it disintegrated in my hands. Of course, it is toast and I wonder if anyone knows of a good source for replacing it? Thinking of peeling off the original face which says airstream and gluing it onto a new unit. As always, thank you.
