No Spark on Dometic Fridge 2510 to start the gas

Can't get the ignition sparking to light pilot for Gas use. I have the 12 volts pos and neg inserted in the back where they go but nothing happens. 12 Volt signal checks out when tested.

Fridge works on gas when I manually light the pilot. Also works on Electric.

Any suggestions on what the problem may be ?

Ignitor? Im not familiar with your fridge, but I replaced the ignitor on mine and it worked.

I replaced the ignitor when it wouldn't stay running on LP. It took a few times trying to start, then it wouldn't stay lit. Just a module @ $80. parts and a service charge.

I have the same problem with my 2510 in my Argosy. When it sits for a length of time the ignitor will not fire. I have found that leaving it on for 3 or 4 hours finally makes the spark lighting system work. All of the sudden, it will start to throw a spark after being on for hours. Very annoying and the refrigerator is quite difficult to remove to service the ignition system, so I live with it. Unfortunately, mine is also very hard to get at to light with a manual lighter. Another project for another day I guess.
