American RV Company

Hi Folks

Has anyone purchased large Appliances from American RV Company?

Could you share your experience with me? If you don't want to be public about it please PM me.

I am going to be buying a Dometic RM2820 for my Tradewind and they have the best price and seem reputable.

Many Thanks

Tony

I bought a Dometic heat pump from them and the components required for it according to their screwed up website. I wound up with an air distribution box and a heat strip that I couldn't use with my unit and they would only take them back for an exorbitant restocking fee. Never again.

I have a brand new ADB for sale cheap BTW if anyone is interested.

I have purchased several items from them including a Dometic Penguin II A/C Heat pump. Their prices were good, shipping fast, and good tech support.

A bit of a mixed bag but most folks that didn't have problems or returns had things go well. I think we all agree they are about the prices. I can't get our local shops close. That is after $170 shipping.

Anyone else deal with them?

Many thanks

Fridge & water heater & Reese from them. Always shipped quickly and communicated well on a couple of small issues. Very happy with them.
