Systems Monitor Faceplate

Not sure where to put this. Have a 2014 Bambi, monitor works fine but the faceplate is supposed to fit into insets in the housing or frame. It doesn't, it's crooked by a bit. If twisted to correct spot it just twists back. Not a major issue just cosmetic, mentioned this to the tech when I was in for warranty stuff and he wasn't any help. So, ideas? Does anyone know how the faceplate/insert is held in. Just clips? I will try and fix myself but would like to know what's supposed to holding it in before I start prying or pulling? Thanks

If so, the plastic faceplate insert just prys out. Use something that won't gouge the plastic. Then you will see screws which hold the base to the wall.
