plugging inverter into 12v socket for 27 watt TV

Okay so i searched and searched and searched online to find a power cable that would convert my Samsung smart TV to 12v receptacle and could not find anything. my TV has a built in adapter so it goes from a 2 prong style glasses to standard 2 prong outlet like the attached picture.

So two questions.

Does anyone know of a product like that?

and if not i was planning on using an inverter, the smart TV states it uses 27 watts during operation, pretty minimal. Will there be any issue plugging the inverter directly into the 12v socket receptical?
