Plastic Battery Tray

Has anyone found a replacement top plastic tray that will fit the original hold down frame. I was able to salvage/rebuild the bottom portion but the top was too far gone. I'd like to be able to hook up the original vent tube again...

Thought of that too but can't find anything that will fit the hold down frame at any of the auto or marine supply places here.

I rebuilt the base for my battery out of wood and fastened it to the floor. Then, I took a black battery box from Checker Auto Parts and put it on top of the frame. I use a strap to hold it all down while traveling and the vent tube is usable again by drilling a hole in the top of the box and using glue and some gaskets for a good seal.

Primitive...but it works.
