Can I get some more fuse info: I'm starting on my
12v wiring in my Tradewind, and plan to use a Xantrex 60 converter. I picked up a fuse panel today (Parallax FB12). Their literature shows a fuse between the battery positive terminal and the converter's positive input ("within 18 inches of battery"), but none on the negative side of the battery. Is this an either/or situation in which having a fuse on either side of the battery will suffice, or are you folks suggesting fusing both sides of the circuit? Either solution would be easy. Finally, are appropriate fuses readily available at an auto parts store? Hoping to avoid shocks, smoke, and meltdowns -
