Lithium Batteries - Multiple 100 or 1/2 with 200?

We’re contemplating adding some serious battery storage power with lithium batteries - around 1,000 amp hrs. There are now 200 and even 300 amp hr batteries available in some very compact designs.

One of our goals is to be boon docking and for a brief time (1 ~ 2 hr) run either of our easy-start equipped AC (15 or 13.5 BTU). But one installer said it’s better to install (10) 100’s over (5) 200s, as they’ll charge faster and offer more long term power. Is that really true?

Maybe I should have worded this differently... I’ve read serval AS owners putting (4) 300 amp lithium batteries as a battery bank (mounted on their side). But was advised it was far better to buy and install (12) 100 amp batteries for faster charging and greater reserve. Is there any truth to this?
