Inverter Issues?

I have a 2018 FC 27 FBT with 2 AGM batteries. And factory-installed solar.

Today while on shore power (30 amp) I was watching television and plugged in my Apple TV and I lost power to the TV in the lounge, the bedroom as well as the blue ray and the power outlet under the dinette.

I have checked all of the circuit breakers and the fuses in the AS.

Everything else seems to be working okay. I am at a loss as to what do to next. What am I am overlooking?

Couple of things.
First.... you inverter is only capable of providing 1000watts (max) so if your load total is greater than this the inverter will go into an overload and disconnect
Second. You inverter has a high voltage cut off. 16 volts DC. With the solar charging in full sun it is possible to have a voltage spike that would cause this to happen.
PCSKIER here on the forum has had issues with the solar high voltage problem and May chime in.
