Inverter died?

2018 International. Went to push the inverter remote switch and nothing... batts read 12.7. No load on the inverter, circuit breakers are set and no red lights next to any fuses...

Any suggestions on thing to check?

Thanks

#1 There is a little button on the inverter itself (switch located on the actual inverter) must be in the “ON/REMOTE” position for the inverter to operate. This will be the locked down position.
#2 There is a RG3 cable that plugs into the back of the inverter switch. Make sure it’s plugged into the back of the switch.
#3 That same RG3 cable also plugs into the inverter. Make sure it’s plugged into the inverter
#4 The positive (Red) DC power lead that “feeds” inverter has a 100A terminal block fuse located in the front battery box. Check and make sure it’s not blown.

If none of this works.... inverter may indeed be bad.
I have a ton of them if you need one.

Thanks, will check the fuse in the battery box first. Hate to ask a dumb question but where is the actual inverter on a 2018 International 30? Wiring schematics are of no help...

I think if memory serves me it’s under the street side corner of the front lounge.
You should be able to remove the seat cushion and there is an access plate under.

Is the factory installed inverter? Are any lights on it? If you pull the inverter and open the cover there are 2 automotive style fuses in there (purple colored if memory is correct). Check these fuses. I believe they are 35 or 40 amp ones.

GMFL - thanks for the advice, at first glance the 100 amp terminal fuse looked ok but it was blown. But now I know where the inverter is at least. I need to come see you guys next year for a lithium system
