My Understanding is that Johnson Controls makes Sams Engergizer battery as well as the Interstate batteries. Yet the specs seem to be slightly different. Engergizer lists 220 ah and 63 lbs. Interstate has 3 different batteries listed under GC2. I would have thought that both the Interstate and Energizer batteries would be the same, but I guess not.

Outfits like Walmart and Sam's Club are big enough to negotiate both the cost and the specs of the products they sell. If Johnson Controls wants their business they will build whatever Walmart wants.
