Interstate 24-AGM-A

I just purchased a new 2022 25FB FC and along with the solar system came with two Interstate 24-AGM-A Glass matt batteries. I know different AGM battery manufacturers specify different "full charge/100% " voltages, generally in the range of 12.8 to 13.4 V. I have looked high/low for this battery charge specification (ie, full capacity vs. voltage) but cannot find it. On the top of the battery is specifies the float charge should be 13.5 to 13.8v but that does not tell me what this specific battery voltage should be at full charge. I have been bench charging with my Genius charger at 13.3v but cannot get the batteries to take anymore then ~12.95v. So...what am I to assume, are the batteries at full charge or are they damaged?

Hi there, Interstate can be challenging to understand their specs in RV terms. I think if you looked at other AGM battery manufacturers you will see charge (bulk) voltages in the 14.5 to 14.7 volt range. 13.3v is not going to get you to 100%. What does trailer have for a converter/charger? Can you change the charge profile? Ask more questions if needed.
Good luck, Mark D
