Habit freight “Centech” automatic battery float charger: any good?

I won’t try to make any sweeping generalizations about things bought at Harbor freight, I know that it is hit and miss. Has anyone had any experience with the Cek-tech automatic battery float charger? This is in contrast to the brand-name battery tender. It claims to provide 13.2 V maximum output, and is rated to maintain batteries rated 5 to 125 amp hours.

As you can imagine, the price was alluring.

No! I picked up 3 to keep my Harleys batteries charged for the winter of '17. Checked the output on all 3, after 3 hours thay remained at 12.4 volts no charge. Disconnected no load output was 0. A $35.00 lesson, so I picked up 3 Craftsman battery maintainers. One will keep my 3 31mh amg's charged when I'm not using the trailer.
