Follow up to “DC Distribution Panel Fuses”

Recap: 2016 30ft Classic-

Circuits 1 and 9 on DC distribution panel have blown fuses with circuit 9 shorted - i.e., blows fuse immediately

I thought electrical problems was isolated to these circuits but the problem is bigger. Batteries are not recharging while on shore power but will recharge if plugged into tow vehicle umbilical.

Question- while on shore power will refrigerator function properly without fully charged batteries? Seems there is definitely 12 volt system issues - maybe bad AC to DC converter.

Any ideas? - thx, Vince
