DC to DC Charger Mounting Location

Hi, Would anyone be willing to share where they mounted a DC to DC Charger in their 28' Airstream International? Thank you!

We have a 25' Globetrotter, but I think the electrical layout is similar to the 28' International. Are you wiring it to the 7-pin charging wire? I wired ours to the charging wire and have a Victron Orion XS. Our TV is fused to 15A and with the XS I can set the input current limit to 15A.

In any case, it can go most anywhere but I think it's convenient to locate it next to the DC junction box and wire the output (10AWG) to the positive bus bar. I mounted ours on the divider in the hatch with the FBT. If you have a Queen this hatch is different, I believe. The XS doesn't generate much heat, so I mounted it directly to the panel. I have a Lynx so fusing goes through it, but an inline blade fuse on the output wire would work.
