Converter Fan Running Continuously

I just took my 16’ Bambi out of storage. It was in an enclosed, heated storage area connected to a BatteryMINDer trickle charger. I had the STORE switch off. (Meaning power was off).

When I got home and plugged the trailer into shore power, (STORE now ON (power on) the converter turned on. I thought in the past I would hear the converter turn on - but would then be quiet. I presume it was the fan that would come on and that is what I heard. This time however the converter (fan) runs continuously. If I flip the STORE lever to off, then the converter fan shuts off.

Any idea what is going on and why things would be different and why the converter is now running continuously?
