Exclamation Clicking when Plugged In

I recently brought home my new 2021 Bambi 19CB. It has one 90 watt factory installed solar panel and 2 AGM batteries. After a week unplugged and only recharging with the solar panel, I noticed the refrigerator stopped cooling and the light were dim so I plugged my 30 amp cord to my home outlet with an adaptor. When plugged into my house outlet, I keep hearing a clicking from underneath the front bench where the electrical system is housed followed by what sounds like a fan kicking on and off in the breaker box area. This is happening constantly about every 10-15 seconds. I have unplugged for fear of damaging something. Unplugged, the battery read 9.8 a few days ago and is now at 10.7. Any feedback is greatly appreciatd!

This happened to us on our 2018 22FB Sport, do you have the 3-way fridge as if so, there is a chance your fridge is defaulting to propane and your tanks are either turned off or nearly empty. We just made sure the fridge was running on shore power (electricity) and the problem stopped.

It finally stopped and things seem to be working well. My refrigerator only runs on electric. Based on my research, I suspect I completely drained the batteries and when I tried to plug in, the converter kept trying to come on and charge but wasn't able to so it just kept trying, thus the persistent clicking. I think I got enough charge back in so allow it to come on and do it's job.
