Charging

I have a 2019 19’CB Flying cloud unit. I am having problems with my charging system. When I am plugged in to 30A power my batteries do not appear to be charging. How can I check to see if the converter is working?

If the converter is working you will have between 13.2v and 13.6v in the trailer when plugged into shore power.

Make sure your battery disconnect switch is on yo charge the batteries.

Hi

Depending on how you specific trailer is wired, the use/store switch may have an impact on charging.

1) Check the 120V AC into the charger with your DVM. No power in means the breaker is tripped or there is a wiring fault.

2) Check the voltage on the output terminals of the charger. It should be above 13V DC.

3) Check the voltage at the battery terminals. Again you should have above 13V DC.
