anyone purchase a battery load tester they can recommend? Not having any issues, but we are still with the original batteries, 2015. Would just like to make sure they are still in good working order. We don't "boondock" that often, maybe couple times a year, and we do have a 2000 Honda that we carry with us. Also, avoiding removing the batteries to take somewhere to have them tested, my back hurts thinking about it.
I got one from Harbor Freight. It gets good reviews with a 97% recommended. It puts a good load on a battery but smokes a little. Let it cool off before putting it away. https://www.harborfreight.com/100-am...ter-61747.html
Another option is to take the battery to Advance Auto, Auto Zone or other parts store. They will test it for free.
