I discovered through my careless retrofit that my Lifeline 4GPL-4CT battery casing was rubbing up against the three rivet protrusions holding the Zamp solar port. Even with batteries righted down - as best I could with center post. This could have been a disaster of exposed cell going to ground
but caught in time after pulling my batteries for winter. I did a PVC patch on battery side wall which had not been breached. Have some galvanized flashing than am going to slide in between battery casing and rivets OR re-rivet from outside in. There is so little clearance that any movement those rivets seem
to dig at the battery casing.
