Batteries Not Charging

Hi All,
I'm currently on a trip and we've had our 2019 Globetrotter plugged in to 50amp all weekend. Our batteries have continued to loss their charge all weekend. They are now down to 10% or ll.6 volts. So it appears my batteries are not charging. Any one have any trouble shooting ideas? Thanks, Doug

Doug, check your breaker panel to see if the circuit breaker for your converter is turned off or tripped. If so, it will not charge your batteries.

When my older model was in "store" mode, everything would work but the batteries would not charge. Any chance this is your issue?

Doug, I found the manual with troubleshooting flowchart for the WFCO 9800 series converter: CLICK HERE

If the breaker is on and not tripped on the panel for the converter, check the fuses on the converter (look at the list on the panel for the location of the converter breaker). My converter is under the fridge on our 27’ Globetrotter.

Thanks all for your responses, I appreciated it. I ended up changing out the 30amp fuse in the battery housing on the cable. That was the problem. I'm good to go! Thanks again. Best, Doug
