How does one test and replace a breaker in a 2010 International. Also, we need info on how the battery switch works. Is the red light supposed to stay on all the time?

RE your 2nd question..if your battery switch works like ours... IF you are plugged into shore power or to a generator the switch light is always on no matter what the setting ('store" or "use").
IF you are operating on batteries only, the light will be on when you are using battery power ("use"). The light will go off when you are in "store" position ... and you will not have any 12volt power (except your LP detector).
You should leave the switch in "use" unless you are actually storing the rig.

The lights are still dim even though we are plugged into shore power. Checked the breakers and found one that we think is bad. It's 30 on one side and 20 on the other. Harry said he's never seen a breaker like it before. The 30 side has no tension and won't stay in the right position. Going to replace it tomorrow. I understand (kinda) what you're saying about the battery switch light. Should it "click" and stay on "use" or "store" or does it just rock back to the middle when you let go of it? We just got this camper last week. There are a lot of questions we should have asked the dealer, but we didn't know what to ask.
