2013 International 30

Just bought a 2013 International 30' and am trying to learn so apologize for any dumb question.

I am thinking about adding solar and am looking for the inverter and found it up front under the couch. There doesn't seem to be any way to get to it. I am sure like everything else I have found it is easy once done. Any help?

Also looking at portable solar and the manual says there is a connection but I think they are talking roof?

Don't really know about the layout of your trailer, but perhaps someone will shine in here with some tips to access your inverter.

As for the solar, your trailer comes equipped with solar pre-wiring. This is useful if you intend to install roof-mounted panels and a solar charger. If you're just looking at portable solar, you can add your own solar connector near the battery box that connects directly to the batteries. In the newer trailers (> 2016) Airstream added a Zamp connector for this purpose.

If yours is like mine then the inverter is under the couch on the driver side. The control for the inverter is a button in the galley.
