2 AGM Batteries, Victron 100/30 and 1500 Watt Vertamax Pure Sine Inverter under Dinet

Have 25’ Safari SS and looking for some advice on whether it’s ok to install the (2) AGM VMAX TANK 210 AH batteries under the dinette just in front of the wheel well. This would mean I could install inverter and charge controller in the same space and would be a lot more accessible than it would be under the front sofa. Are there any cons to installing these batteries in this space ? Thanks !
