I think the final answer is probably "it depends."
IF the "solar port" feeds into an internal solar charge controller and you have your portable panels running straight into the solar port at panel voltage, it seems like they'd look just like additional panels to a good charge controller.
However, if the solar port is wired directly to the battery terminals (as in a trailer that didn't come with a charge controller from the factory, or perhaps one where the tech wiring the solar port wasn't aware that another tech was installing a solar controller inside) it seems like the higher voltage that would be apparent across the battery terminals when portable panels are feeding into the solar port might trick a solar charge controller managing only roof panels into thinking the batteries were already well-charged.
