Solar Tax Credit?

With the Energy Policy Act of 2005 about to expire at the end of the year and the 10% off sale at AM Solar, it appears that the stars have aligned enough for me to finally spring for the solar setup that I've been researching for a long time.

Since you can claim the interest paid on your Airstream as 2nd home mortgage interest, I'm assuming that installing solar panels on your Airstream would qualify for the tax credit. Can anyone confirm that?

Airstream CCD 25 is our home, solar panels and charge converter reduce our dependence on power company grid, and we claimed the deduction from both state and federal when we filed at beginning of this year.

Effectively received 65% of our investment. Hmm, should have installed more and eliminated our use of grid?
