New busbar for Inverter

I am going to be installing solar this week on my 1985 excella. I have a 2500w sunforce inverter and I wanted to make sure that my 12v busbar/breaker (I have self resetting breakers) will be able to handle the full amperage of the inverter, should I use all 2500 watts. Does anyone know if the original panel would handle 200-210 amps?

I have a 30amp controller and got 300w of panels but my controller could handle up to 600w. For what that's worth.

I have thought about installing a new 250 amp rated busbar to connect to my charge controller, to the batteries and also to the inverter just in case.

Overkill? Do it?

Disclaimer: I have no knowledge of the codes and I am not a professional

But, the only installs I have seen connect the inverter by cables to the batteries, through the appropriate switch and fuse. No bus bars.
