Is solar working?

2015 interstate solar, display shows battery voltage at 75%, 12.3 volts, .1 amps and 8.4 hours (after zeroing it 3 days ago).
I have read the solar should kick in when the battery drops below 12.4 volts.
Does the battery disconnect need to be on to get accurate info? Seems counter intuitive to do that, to me anyway.
This was Interstate purchased used and not all the printed info was provided , so I’m guessing at some systems.
Any help or suggestions welcome!!
Thanks

The 200w panels charge whenever the sun shine - the controller show "Green" at 13.4v which is float charge and will show "yellow" charging when it drops. Basically maintains the state of charge. So I can only assume that's the way it should work - at lease it does for us.

Thanks for the response dbrick.
I am looking at the display in the upper cabinet with the other displays and generator starter.
I have looked for the controller, no go so far.
I think it’s under the rear lounge bench seat.
Now trying to figure out to the seat off to get under it. There is what looks like an access panel, but it won’t come out due to equipment attached to it inside... thus removal of the seat bottom removal .
