Divide the Wh by the Ah and you get 3.3 volts. The primary storage is a 3.3V lithium battery. It would take 4 of these to deliver the same storage as a 12V lithium pack with the same Ah rating.

It's somewhat misleading that they list battery capacity at all since most of the loads are at different voltages. The more useful specification to take note of is energy, power * time, which equals 400 Wh. So if you plug in a 100 W lightbulb, you can expect this thing to last no more than 4 hours.
